Welcoming a new life.

My spouse, our three-year-old daughter, and I are excited to welcome a new baby into our family in late June/early July. As we navigate the early days as a family of four (or six, since the pups are part of the family!), I’ll be stepping back temporarily from direct patient care. My calendar is now blocked for maternity leave from from mid-June through Labor Day and it is open again for virtual consults in September. I intend to add back my in-person hours gradually, starting in October, and will update you all accordingly.

In my absence, I’m so very grateful to introduce you to Dr. Natalie Scheeler, ND, who will be available for consults to provide continuity of care (see her bio below). She and I will meet routinely to discuss your care and Van will be here throughout to support your administrative needs. Dr. Scheeler and I worked together very closely during our time at Capital Integrative Health and I could not be more confident in her ability to support your health and wellness in my absence.

If you are a new patient looking to establish care, please complete the contact form here or email us at info@whiteoaknaturalmedicine.com and Van will help you schedule either with Dr. Scheeler this summer or with me in the fall. You can also schedule with Dr. Scheeler via our booking tool, though new patient appointments with Dr. Casey will be managed by Van to ensure that existing patients can also be seen in September.

Thank you all for your well wishes, and for placing your trust in us as partners in your healthcare. Wishing you all a safe and healthy summer. We’ll see each other again as the leaves begin to turn!
